Down for Maintenance (Err 3)

We are doing a major upgrade and things will be down for the next few hours.

Please wait until tomorrow to do the following.
NOTE: Make sure you have your app username and password.

1. Log out of your TV APP

2. Clear the data on your TV app. For Firestick users that don't know how see below:
- Clear App Data and Cache on Fire TV Devices
- Go to Settings on your FireStick / Fire TV.
- Select Applications.
- In Manage Installed Applications, select the TV app
- Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.

3. Unplug your device for 3 to 5 minutes. You might also need to do this to your router.

4. Log back in.

Downtime should not be too long.
